Call us. A person answers.
Every appointment starts with a phone call, because the first three questions, what the appliance is, what it is doing and where you are, decide which technician and which parts come to you. There is no form to fill in and nothing to wait for.
Appliance down right now?
Open 7 days, 6am to 12am Pacific. Same-day slots in most metros go first to refrigerators and freezers, because food does not wait.
Have this ready and the call takes two minutes.
None of it is required. All of it makes the time window tighter and the first visit more likely to be the only one, because the technician who comes out will have the right parts on the truck.
- The brand and the type of appliance, and whether it is freestanding, built in or panel-ready.
- The model number. It is on a label inside the refrigerator door, under the washer lid or inside its door, behind the range drawer or on the dishwasher door frame.
- The symptom in a sentence, and any code or light pattern the display is showing.
- How long it has been doing it, and whether anything was done to it already.
- The cross street, so the technician is routed to the right dispatch area.
Warranty, pricing and everything else.
If you are calling about a repair we already did, say so. The work is backed on parts and labor, and a return visit inside that warranty is not a new job.
If you want to know what a repair costs before you call, every service page on this site carries the typical range for that appliance, and the homepage explains how the diagnostic fee and the written quote work.
If you are inside the manufacturer's warranty, call the manufacturer first. We are independent, and inside the term the maker pays for the repair.
Nine regions, one number.
217 California cities have their own page. If yours is not listed, call anyway; we cover most of the state.
Nothing to fill in. Just call.
